I also think that your mail is one of those accounts for which you should always remember the password, exactly because of scenarios like this. You could have it written on a card or something and periodically check that you remember it correctly.

The backup 2FA codes aren't long, you should be able to memorize one within a week. If that's the case, I would recommend having an email which can be used for 2FA on your other accounts and generating backup codes for that email.

My understanding is that your main concern is being able to access your accounts in case you lose all access to 2FA methods on your phone and also lose your PC.
